These two buildings were vacant had no windows where covered in graffiti and falling down when WATER PROOF purchased them. We re-pointed the entire building added an addition to the upper floor and brought back all of the historic character. The houses where on the verge of being a complete tear down. This labor of love saved these two historic Gem from being just a memory and brought them back to their full glory.
